This is a nice and unexpected surprise, much appreciated especially in this period, which isn't an easy one for me.
During the last 2-3 months I've been suffering from bad anxiety attacks, to the point that at first I couldn't even imagine
what to do or think to feel better during the worst phases. It was kinda scary: I didn't feel safe doing normal things, so I stayed at my parents' for a few weeks. I'm currently into therapy, under medication (I didn't like the idea, but I had to accept that it was necessary) and I have to say I'm feeling better. There are still some bad moments, but not untolerable (most of the times). I need to be positive, but I know these things don't go away so quickly. Without going into detail, this crisis is just the tip of the iceberg of larger problems.
Don't worry, I'm definitely doing better than 2 weeks ago, which was better thank 2 weeks before, etc., so the tendency is positive. At least I hope it stays like that.
